We know things don't always work out, especially in the world of online shopping. We try to make returns as easy as possible! Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. If it is possible we may do an even exchange; however we can not guarantee stock. Special orders are absolutely non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact us within 3 business days so we may address the issue.

     To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached . If items are returned worn, with makeup or deodorant on them, damaged or beyond the 14 day return period, they will be sent back to you at your expense. Please contact us before shipping any merchandise back so that we have a record of your return to refer to. Make sure your original invoice is included with a reason for return, as well as any contact info that we may require.

     You can ship the package back the most economical method possible, you may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Within 3 business days of receipt of your product we will contact you with your store credit information.
